Finding my Wings
Hi I ‘m Mauritz Coetzer, a performance and career transition coach, and former senior aviation professional with extensive leadership and management experience as an airline captain.
I have seen my aviation experience and skills soar to new heights inside the boardroom and on the retail floor.
The Early Years
During my years as an airline professional and captain, I have acquired 12000 flying hours of which 8900 hours were as Pilot in Command. I trained, mentored, coached and performance-managed aspiring and practicing aviation professionals.

Where there is pain, there is growth
Ironically it was only after having been retrenched, after 17 years in the airline industry, that I believe I have truly found my wings; a passion for working with people in a non-aviation environment but where I continue to bring value by applying my aviation know-how through a unique learning and mentoring experience.
